Please choose products from our online catalogue, and send the enquiry to us through our website. Please also let us know your order quantity. If you have your own artwork, please email to enquiry@thepalmco.com, in most situations we will reply on the same day.

Placing Orders

Before producing a dummy sample, we will provide an artwork graphic file for approval. Sample is free of charge because it is one of the steps included in production procedure. (Only if customers request to change the artwork and make a second dummy, given there is no mistakes in the first sample, will incur additional fee.)

Order Process

We can provide existing samples for reference in order to let our customers know our quality and design. After confirming the details, we will issue an Order Confirmation. Down payment is 50% of the total amount. Sample lead time is 7~10 calendar days, while mass production takes 15~20 calendar days after the sample is approved. When the products are delivered, our customers are welcome to check the goods when settling the balance payment to ensure the quality is good.

About samples for paper products

We will use digital printing for dummy sample since offset printing can only use in mass production. If the products have same printing on each page (such as notebook and memo pad), only the first page on the dummy is printed. Post process such as lamination will not apply to the sample. To print pantone colors on the sample incurs addition charges.
